71-SP FS-106... ?

So, gambled on this one as I thought the markers seem to match the FS-106. It's not as crisp a strike as the pics I saw from Lee, as well as what's in the Big Book (which also came from Lee I think), but still. Any opinions?

Right side notching and left side doubling on the "I"
