At least (5) are known now.
Found a couple of more "Oh NO!" FEV's this week.
Here is the latest one.

Pretty easy to spot!

This variety, is it a "die crack" through the ON of one? Never seen it before so I'm just trying to make sure what exactly constitutes the "OH NO" Fev, etc. Thanks.

That's it.. :P ..one BIG die crack pictured as shown. There are now (6) of these known.
What really makes this "Oh No" Variety "special" is that it is only found on the scarce FEV...a Variety within a Variety, so to speak.

I found an "Oh NO" FEV this weekend. Unfortunately, it is not fully struck (lots of planchet chatter) and is likely circulated (the Eagle is eyeless, although, curiously, the luster is still fully intact). Thus, it would not grade high if I sent it in to be holdered.
I can provide pics, if desired.
Questions:
1) Would an "Oh No" FEV qualify for a DIVA sticker?
2) Would the value of my coin, if holdered, recoup the expense of getting it holdered?

Well if more of you had shown interest in the new book announcement, you'd have your answer, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. So TOUGH - you'll never know!

Seriously, I'd keep looking for nice uncirculated one out there. They are scarce, but not 1804 dollar scarce. Keep looking (there may be an answer to your question published by then).
