Any new DIVa's lurking around?

Hi everyone,

While I was taking a closer look at my FEV's, I began to wonder if there were any "new" DIVa's that have yet to make it onto the official attribution list. I am trying my best to be as thorough as possible here!

Most of my FEV's have a small die scratch above the N of "UNITED," a small die crack that begins at the L of "LIBERTY" and extends leftwards, and a series of die scratches connecting the E of "WE" to Eisenhower's neck. However, I did discover that one of my PCGS MS-65's is of the "Oh NO" variety; something I wouldn't have been able to determine without the help of this wonderful site! :)

Many thanks in advance,
Michael

The short answer is YES!

On the FEV front, still looming out there, waiting for me to write them up:
- the rim cud FEVs (three different known)
- the RPM FEVs (three different known)
- the NITE crack?
- a crackhead or two or three

BTW- there are two different obverse "die crack L" dies. I could see these as possible DIVa candidates as well.

Lastly, consider sending that "Oh No" to Andy or I for DIVa attribution, stickering, and addition to the DIVa population report.

Ah, this is fantastic information! Thank you so much Steve.

The MS65 "Oh No" FEV I have is unattributed - does that make any difference in terms of the DIVa attribution? I'm assuming not, but I figured I'd ask.

Thanks!

We only give out our DIVa designation and sticker if the coins have been slabbed by one of the big four TPGs. This doesn't negate what you coin is, but we need this process to keep good records. We can certainly tell you a yes or no if sent to us raw. You can read about the whole process here: http://www.ikegroup.info/?page_id=28.

Bluish... & others

I am sure there are many more yet to be discovered... I have looked at some more
of mine & discovered an FEV that has 2 nice long die cracks on the Reverse...
One goes from the 2nd Star on left to middle of D of United... the other goes from
right side of D of United to A of States... Pretty cool looking!!

Maybe others after seeing this post will check their FEV's to see if they have any of
these with the same cracks... GOOD Luck Hunting!!

Thank you, Andy.

My MS-65 was graded by PCGS but the FEV aspect was not attributed. I'll be sure to send it over when I'm done going through everything.

BTW - the top pop for DIVa 1D1-401 (FEV "Oh No") is MS65, with only one listed currently at that grade in the DIVa population report.
