1972-S Proof Peg Leg - Minor DDO too?

Post by FS-801 »

I see doubling on IN of IGWT on this 72-S Peg Leg proof, although it's harder to see it on the "I" because of the toning. Would this be classified as a Minor DDO? I didn't see anything out of the ordinary on the reverse, but I've included a picture of it nevertheless. Maybe you guys might spot something. Thanks!

72S proofs are RIDDLED with DDO's. In fact, at one point, I quit bothering to search for and slab the 2SP-301.

That one is definitely doubled.

Thanks, Andy. Now that I'm shooting my raw and OGP Ikes for inventory purposes, I am finding that a LOT of them have something going on, whether it's doubling, peg legs or other anomalies.
